Domain without "wordpress"

Hello, i want to make a web-page, for example georgianmiracle.com
I don’t want georgianmiracle.wordpress.com, so as i understood i have to pay for that. So if I get a business account will this automatically mean that i can use domain georgianmiracle.com (without “wordpress”). And will i have any additional payments? for domain, for hosting? or is everything included in this business account?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

All of our plans include one free domain, so you can add a domain using any of our plans. Hosting is free on WordPress.com, so you don’t pay for that at all. Instead, our plans include additional features above and beyond what’s already available on free sites.
You can see a list of all our plans and the features they include if you go to My Site ->Plans.
As long as someone else doesn’t already own georgianmiracle.com, you’ll be able to add that domain at My Site ->Domains after you buy a plan for your site.

Thank you very much, i got the answer i needed.
I just have one more question: I will probably start a business plan soon, i’m interested if wordpress has an online assistance service, like personal assistant, i mean someone i can contact without writing on forum. -

If you have a plan and go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact you’ll see the option to chat with someone if we’re available, or you’ll have the option to contact us via email if not.
