Domain won't transfer – expiring soon!

    We’ve been trying to transfer our domain away from WordPress.com for almost a year now, and it has been a nightmare. We’ve got the privacy disabled and have tried to send the code several times, most recently last month, but it refuses to go through at all. The domain expires in 15 days and we need to transfer it preferably before it expires. Been trying to get in contact with support but it’s extremely difficult with no phone number or email address! Anyone who knows how to fix this, please advise.
