Domain won't unlock

I’m trying to transfer my domain to bluehost, but it keeps saying that my domain is locked. How can I resolve that so I can proceed?

Just to confirm, you’ve followed the procedures laid out here, right?
There were some issues a week or two ago with domains not unlocking properly, so if you’ve followed the procedure, it’s possible that’s what has happened. I’ll tag this thread for staff assistance so they can take a look.
