domain/wp-login is not available, error

  When I try to go to the standard admin login at:
  https://www.blueribbonpet.com/wp-login.php

  It brings me to an odd looking generic, raw font login admin panel.

  I try to login to this odd looking raw font panel, I cannot do ANYTHING in my admin dashboard. It too looks very odd, not the standard layout. It is like something from the 1980’s.

  I have a test site and it’s interface/login/dashboard are normal.

  My web company person is in the hospital and I need to update my site, can anyone help me out quickly please?
