  Hi, if I bought a domaine outside of wordpress but I would like my wordpress page to use that domain. Do I need to do all the below?
  ‘Transfers
  If you would like to use your domain (originally purchased and registered through WordPress.com) for a site that is not on WordPress.com, you have a couple of options:

  keep the domain registered with WordPress.com and change the name servers to point somewhere else.
  transfer the domain to another registrar.
  updating DNS records using A Records’
