Domaine et thème font défaut!
-
Bonjour,

Hi Lucy,
I translated your message using Google Translate:
Yesterday I bought a subscription for $ 99 including a domain name and an upgrade of my theme. However, 1) my domain name is not displayed and 2) when I choose Newsy, I am asked a surplus of $ 130.
For now, it is as if I had paid for nothing. I could have a similar site for free, here or elsewhere.
What’s going on?WordPress.com Premium (the $99 subscription you purchased) includes the following upgrades:
– Domain Name & Mapping
– Space Upgrade
– No Ads
– Custom Design
– VideoPressYou can read more about each feature here:
http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/pro-bundle/WordPress.com Premium does not include the Premium Themes, which must be purchased separately. If you have any questions about the upgrades included in WordPress.com Premium, or if you decide you no longer wish to have WordPress.com Premium, please let me know.
I see that you used your free domain credit (part of WordPress.com Premium) to get domain mapping for the domain lucypage.com. This domain was registered through the domain registrar Register.it in 2008. If you registered this domain then and want to use it with your WordPress.com blog, I would be happy to help you set this up.
If you did not register the domain lucypage.com then, I’m afraid that it’s unavailable for use. You’ll need to pick another domain name to use with your blog. If you didn’t register the domain, let me know, and I’ll go ahead and add the domain credit back to your account so that you can register another domain name for free.
