  I booked the premium-upgrade for my client rolfklippel and 2 domains: klippelalzey.com and glaserei-klippel.de. At the moment glaserei-klippel.de is hosted by med21. My client wants to resign med21, but he needs the email-adress (email visible only to moderators and staff) (it the only e-mail-adress he has an it is very important to keep this adress) I think i did something wrong. Can you help?

  Hello there!

  In order to use an existing email address, hosted with another email server, you must follow the instructions listed here:

  Add Email Through Other Providers

  Notice that you will have to collect some information from your email provider in order to map it here at WordPress.com.

  Once you have all that configuration data, you can adjust your DNS here at WordPress.com for glaserei-klippel.de. If you have trouble with that, please let me know. Just make certain that you send me the exact MX records for (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  An MX record is comprised of the following pieces of information:

  – Your domain (or subdomain)
  – Your provider’s domain
  – Priority

  One other question I have: I see that you have added domain mapping for glaserei-klippel.de. Is your intention that your client’s WordPress.com site appear under the URL (email visible only to moderators and staff)? If you haven’t already, you also need to complete the mapping process for that to work:
