domaine mapping not working

  I have started mapping a new domain, .nyc. It is not showing up when I do a web search. In addition, when my old domain, .me shows up in the search I get an error message telling me the domain upgrade has not been found, as of now my blog is not showing up on the net.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Bruno,

  I was able to visit your site just now using Firefox and Chrome and http://socialvino.nyc/ is opening to show your WordPress.com page. Mapping takes a bit of time but it seems to be working now.

  As for finding your site through search engines, the support document below will give you more information on how that works and some advice on search listings:

  I have another question, if someone tries to access my old domain should it be automatically be sent to my new domain?
  When my old domain shows up on a web search and I click on it, I get an error message.

  Hello Bruno,

  Which old domain are you referring to in your question? If it is socialvino.wordpress.com, then visitors will automatically be redirected to socialvino.nyc/. If there is another domain, I’d be happy to take a look. Thanks!
