  I selected a certain domaine name but I see it’s given me a different one.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  If you don’t want .wordpress.com in your domain name then you need to purchase an upgrade plan. Only upgrade plans provide feature of having custom domain.

  Which domain name you wish to have? Did you check the availability of that domain?

  Also, you can change your blog address to the one you wish to have, if it’s available.

  Following these instructions to change site address:
  – Go to My Sites>Domains
  – Click on your domain and then Edit Site Address
  – Click on Change Blog Address
  – Type the new domain name you wish to have.

  I don’t see any custom domains in your account, so I assume you’re speaking about the free address. @krutidugade has given you the instructions to change the free address above. Please note that if an address has already been used by someone else, you won’t be able to use it.

  I didn’t complete the transaction because the domaine name said nala’s Kitchen.wordpress.com. I had selected an upgrade for a specific address that is available but I didn’t complet the transaction because I didn’t want to get stuck with that domaine name Beca

  nala’s Kitchen.wordpress.com is not a site address. Site addresses don’t contain punctuation or spaces. You registered the free address, http://nalaskitchen.wordpress.com/

  All WordPress.com sites have a free address. Your site cannot exist without one. If you buy a custom domain, that domain hides the free address, so no visitor to your site will ever see the free address. But you have not registered any custom domain. Registering a custom domain is only possible if you buy an upgrade plan under My Site ->Plans.
