  I just realized my website isn’t working and I believe it’s because I haven’t renewed my domain name….is all my website that I had built lost? Can I still get my old name and renew? Stormi Bettiga. [redacted]

  Your account is only 26 minutes old so I would say your site is connected to another wordpress.com account of yours. What is the URL of your site?

  I redacted your phone number. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.
