domain/password issue.

Hi, I recently just jumped the gun and registered my name with WordPress. I later realized that I wanted to change my name of the domain and registered a different domain under HostGator. I installed WordPress on HostGator, which they provided me with an admin link. I cannot get into WordPress via HostGator because it says my password is invalid. But I think this is happening because I have two domains going on that are different. I want to go with my current domain in HostGator. How would I resolve my current issue? My thought process is to cancel my domain with wordpress and then try to login to wordpress with Hostgator again. Thoughts?

I don’t see any domain in your account registered with us. Your free WordPress.com URL, http://flexurmentalmuscle.wordpress.com/, is completely separate from your Hostgator site and cannot affect it in any way.
For help logging into your dashboard with Hostgator you’ll need to contact their support. That site is not on or connected to our servers in any way, so there is nothing we can do from our side to help you.
You could try the password reset options for WordPress.org sites at the following link, but aside from that Hostgator support will have to help you with this:
