  you gave 4 domains for free I did not choose and I can’t get rid of them, but I do want to!!!!

  Hi there,

  To delete a site in your account, go to My Site ->Switch site, and select the site you want to delete.

  Then click on Settings. The Delete Site option is at the bottom of that page.

  another thing: I cannot check out to purchase an upgrade because it says that my postal code is invalid, which is not true. I am in England, UK. Does anyone know why is this happening and how to go about it? Thank you.

  How are you typing in the post code? Make sure to include both parts of the code, and type the space between the two parts as well or our registrar’s validator won’t recognise the code.
