  Hello,
  i have made the design for a free domain and i already have a domain which i got it from bluehost, can i switch the design from the one i already done to my own domain??
  please help.

  1) If you wish to map an existing domain to a free site here on WordPress.com then you can follow this guide –

  2) If you wish to move your blog from WordPress.com to someplace else then follow this guide –
