  If you are not, then i am sorry it cannot be registered since it has already purchased by someone else.

  Actually that domain is currently in redemption. You’ll now need to pay extra ($80) as well as the renewal charge to recover it. I have added modlook to the tag box on the right for staff to investigate further.
