  Change my domain name which it says will cost $13 to change to an existing domain but when I go to buy it it adds the plan to my cart which is $99 and when I remove it it takes me back to the ‘add a domain’ page

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, Registering a new domain or mapping a domain you already own for your above WordPressdotcom site requires an upgrade plan:
  https://wordpress.com/plans/dwarfhole.wordpress.com
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

  If you buy the Personal upgrade plan first, you can then map or register your domain afterwards.
