  If I purchase a domain through Word Press, if I ever need to, can I transfer my domain elsewhere to a different web host?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I add the domain I want to add, the page loads but nothing comes up….The “add domain box” disappears and the blog URL thing below that…

  Any suggestions how I can register my domain?

  Are you sure that the domain you want is available? Also, WP.com only registers certain kinds of domain. Check the FAQ’s to make sure yours is supported.

  Yeah, I checked it is. Its a .com domain and it is available.

  Yes, you can, but if you’re planning on buying mapping and registering a domain, it’s usually cheaper to do them both together at wp.com. I’d try once more and then send in a support request to staff if you still can’t get it to work.
