  Can you no longer just use a wordpress.com subdomain?

  Hi!

  I noticed today that following some links it is difficult to find access to the free WordPress plan. However, rest assured, the free tier has not gone away, and you can still make your site with the WordPress.com subdomain.

  Try using this link: https://wordpress.com/start/free/

  Actually, when I tried that link just now, I’m running into the same problem again. So let me try again. Try an incognito window, and go to https://wordpress.com/pricing/, then try the link towards the bottom of the page, underneath the table listing all the various features. THAT one should work. Sorry about all the confusion!
