  I paid for a domain which is usually free with the personal plan, but just after buying it I found out that I actually cannot use my domain if I don’t have a paid personal/business plan. Can I have the 15 pound I paid for the domain deducted from the annual personal plan?

  Hello, I have purchased a domain with my Premium account a month ago, but I need to change the domain URL name. How could I do this? Do I need to pay again? Thank you in advance for your help.

  Good day!

  Years ago I connected with a person to manage hosting my website of jeanmoule.com (I know not where). I used wordpress to build the site.

  I put the website name on 1000 business cards and a banner for my vendor booth. I paid him and he renewed the site for a few years, then he disappeared and, not knowing how to register/renew it myself, it lapsed.

  I missed the window to renew it myself (and did not know how) and a Chinese entity purchased the domain. For a year there was a Chinese advertisement when I checked on the site. Been busy and could not figure out a means to recapture the name.

  Now, there is nothing when one clicks on the site.

  Can you help? I’d really like to get the name back.

  The domain is still owned by someone else: https://www.whois.com/whois/jeanmoule.com

  Your only option to start using it again would be to purchase it back from them first.
