  I have 3 domains at word press. I wold like to use them to build a wordpress free site. how do i do this

  The only domain I see that you have on your WordPress.com account is theoldgoatsfarm.com, which you can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  You are trying to set up another site using a custom domain? To do that you can start a new site here, and in the site setup process we will ask what domain you want to use: https://wordpress.com/start/
