So, I was going to use the weddingchic as my domain. I paid tp upgrade with wordpress. Now I want to use what I paid for but change the name. How do I do that? it was theweddingchic now want it to be journeychase

From what I can see you requested that the site be deleted, and it was removed from your account at that time (which is what caused your original upgrades to become stranded)
Did you want to recover https://theweddingchiccom.wordpress.com/ and restore it to your account as a free site?

Yes lets do that for now. Thank you. I wasn’t sure what happened to the domain theweddingchic.com I thought it was just the WordPress one I deleted.
