  I am trying to migrate my blog.com blog to wordpress. I thought I needed a custom domain for wordpress but it is the reverse. I want to use that domain name for blog.com to migrate efficiently.

  If you do not want to use your custom domain name with your WordPress.com blog, you are welcome to cancel your domain mapping upgrade for a full refund. You can cancel the upgrade by going to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard and clicking the “Cancel and Refund” link.
