Domains and Free WordPress Plans

    Hey!

    I have created a web/blogpage using the free plan and i happen to own a domain name on godaddy which that is less than 20 days old. I would like to incorporate it here.
    I must mention i am a beginner with no knowledge whatsoever on web building hosting etc or the terms thereoff.
    How do i go about it? What should i be aware of with respect to costs if any considering i am on a free plan with a student budget i just want to write. The time it takes to get it done and how can it be fast tracked where applicable? will it attract need for hosting of some sort whatever that means within my current plan? will the including of my domain name mess with the outlook or current flow of my wordpress blog?

    WordPress.com is a fully-hosted platform, where you get the hosting and everything you need to build your blog.

    As you have mentioned, your domain is only 20 days old, it means you can only map it at WordPress.com. Please read this.

    You can use a custom domain only with a paid plan, and the Personal plan is the starter upgraded plan.
