Domains and Personal Site paid

  Hey, i am trying to buy a personal site for my website, and it says, ‘Personal site gives you a customized and FREE domain (example.com). But when you are trying to buy it, the FREE DOMAIN its just for premium site. So my question is. Why personal site says the domain its free, and when you try to buy it, the premium site gives you the domain for free and the first one don´t?? Thanks.

  I am also wondering this same issue. Can a staff member please elaborate whether it is possible to get a customised and free domain with a personal plan as stated in the page detailing the content of each plan or is it only with the premium plan?

  Hi clevermkgt,

  A custom domain name is a feature of both the Personal and Premium WordPress.com plans.

  From looking at your account I can see you already have claimed your free domain for your site on your Personal plan: clevermkgt.com.

  Are you in the process of setting up another site?

  Thank you gemmacevans yesterday I did buy a personal plan and indeed after buying it WordPress offered me a free domain and private. So I am glad with my personal business plan paid.

  Samikor it’s safe to buy this personal plan, after you buy it, WordPress gives you a free domain.
