My web site is at Domain.com and they also have a wordpress available inside domain.comand two do I use wordpress.com or the wordpress that is part of domain.com?
what is the difference?

Question 1:
Domains are no longer available for purchase or mapping individually. They are included with any of the WordPress.com plans. This change has been made as we work to offer the best combination of value and performance for users while still offering a completely free product for those who do not wish to purchase any upgrades.
Question #2:
A great way to go if you are not interested in WordPress.com Premium is to look into setting up a self-hosted WordPress.org site through a hosting provider such as Bluehost, GoDaddy, Pressable, or in your case, domain.com.
Let me know if you have any further questions or anything is unclear.

If I go with WP premium or go with self-hosted either cost so as follow up questions, which would provide the most control? Is there a web page limit with either?
I am just trying to get the biggest bang for my buck and have the most control.

There is no webpage limit for WP.com Premium. As for self-hosting, there shouldn’t be. But you would need to ask whatever host you are looking at what their policies are.
Generally, you get less hassle with WordPress.com and more control with self-hosted WordPress.org.
