  Hi! I bought a domain and a premium plan, I pay for it, but my site it is show like before. Even my domain it is not upgrade, but in the email it is show as upgrade.

  Hey there, I don’t see any charges on this account, so is it possible you have more than one account?

  You should have an email receipt from us. Compare this address to the one it was sent to:
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  If they don’t match, can you log out and log back into that account?

  Or, if you don’t have an email from us at all, could you confirm that your charge says wpchrg.com on it? You can use that site to find the right account.

  I have the receipt. I was charged even 2 days ago for the premium plan again.

  Since you have access to the receipt, you can provide us with the transaction ID as proof of ownership, and then we’ll restore access to your account.
