Domains and premium upgrades

  1. If I upgrade to a premium package ($129/year) do I have to also ‘add a domain’ and Pay another cost $24/year? Or is the domain included. what would my domain be for me?
  2. Can I have the domain allyb.com or allybe.com? Instead of allybwa.com?
  3. With a Premium package, if I choose a new theme? do my current blog posts transfer to the new theme? Immediately or when?
