Domains Disappeared

  I’m new to WordPress, I purchased my domains and started building my account days ago (1/28 to be exact). Everything has been fine up until today, I was able to publish a basic home page and the domains were working at expected. Suddenly today all 4 of the domains I purchased are no longer accessible on my account. The system acts as though they were never purchased, presenting options only to Transfer or Find a domain. Why have they vanished and how do I get my domains back?

  I would say you bought those domains using another wordpress.com account. Simply use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning those domains – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#transaction-id
