Domains transfer trouble

  we had a domain name http://www.bypolak.com, while we used the paid plan, it was paid until 30.6.24. Now his over and we transfered to free plan. We are gonna transfer our domain to other registrar, by the way we had a transfer block for 60 days, because we changed the email.. so now we have no any acces to domain and dont know how we can transfer it..
  please, can somebody advice how we can provide transfer domain by wp to other registrar?
