domiain expired but still mapped but cant access to renew

    I cannot access nor renew my domian name. It is registered with wordpress. it is mapped to a site grrr can anyone help

    The “renew” tabs are not helping as it says it has expired and I have no way of getting to it

    I see you have a few different domains under your account with us, and two of them have expired due to not being renewed by the expiration date.

    I did not see you mention in your initial message but which of these domains do you wish to recover? I see they expired some time ago, so they have been returned to the registry but are not up for resale to the public yet. We’re happy to investigate and see if your preferred domain can be returned to your account, thanks!
