  Changing a custom domain name is a bit different than changing a .wordpress.com URL. If you’d like to change a custom domain name (i.e. example.com), you would need to register a completely new domain.

  I see that you purchased a domain name through us yesterday. Refunds for domain names are available for up to two days after their purchase. If you’d like, we can cancel your current domain name purchase (losmontros.com) so that you can purchase a new domain name.

  Please keep in mind that if you cancel losmontros.com, you may not be able to get it back in the future. Would that be okay with you?
