  we are getting a pop up saying the domian mapping upgrade is not found and our site is down.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Your domain, nimblenoggins.com, expired on 23 July and has since been removed from our system.

  It should still be possible to get it back at this point, but there is a $80 fee to do so. If you agree to paying that fee I can get the process started for you.

  Your other option is to wait for the domain to be released again, but that might not be for a few months, and you run the risk of losing the domain as well if you don’t recover it.

  Thank you, the problem is I don’t think that is our current site so I am trying to get the fellow that created it to respond to me. However he is no longer in the business and we may have to start over.

  Please keep in mind there’s a time limit on redemption and after a certain point we might not be able to recover the domain any more. On the other hand, the domain might be released and you can then buy it again at the regular price.

  You can always also buy a different domain, and in that case it might be easier to do it directly with your host.
