    My client previously had a website on WordPress.com. The website itself has expired, but the domain name is still registered under your service. We’d like to regain control of the domain name so we can transfer it to a new hosting provider (Bluehost).

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes
