  I have a domain in another company ( Arsys ) and wanted to pass it to wordpress .

  It’s not currently possible to transfer a domain to WordPress.com, so you will need to leave it registered with Arsys and connect it here using the Domain Mapping upgrade included in the Premium and Business plans:
  Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping)
