I need help on how to recover a domain that has expired. Please contact me as soon as possible.

We need details please.
1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
5. When did the expiration take place?

Thanks for the quick response!! The URL is http://www.accumba.com, and underlying .wordpress is accumba.wordpress.com. The user was me, Carmen de Paz, and the upgrade was made on August 26, 2014 and expired in August 26 2016.

Hi there,

I should still be able to get your domain, accumba.com, back for you, but it has already passed into the redemption phase, and our registrar charges $80 to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to this fee and I can get the process started.

I’ve just emailed you a link you can use to pay the recovery fee. I’ll be notified once we receive payment and then I can email our registrar to restore it. If the recovery fails you will be refunded in full.

As it’s the start of the weekend we might not hear back from the registrar until Monday, but I’ll keep you updated as we go along.

I’ve emailed our registrar to restore the domain. This usually takes about two days, depending how big the backlog is on their end. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear from them.
