  Registrei o domínio do meu site pois irei desenvolver um blog dele. Não consigo editar o endereço do meu blog e fica a URL com wordpress sendo que paguei por isso.

  I need help and wordpress do nothing, forums don´t work. I map a domain i have from my website because i wanna build a blog. The problem is, the URL is redirecting to my website and i can´t change the URL. If no one can help me, i´d like cancel and be refund. It´s ridiculous wordpress not have an e-mail or phone to contact and help. I repeat, forums don´t work.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry to hear that you are frustrated. I’ll do what I can to help!

  I took a look at the site which you have purchased mapping for, farmako.com.br, and it doesn’t look like you have pointed it towards our nameservers yet. In order for it to work correctly you will need to change the nameservers to:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Right now the nameservers are:

  dns1.gv8premium.com.br.
  dns4.gv8premium.com.br.
  dns3.gv8premium.com.br.
  dns2.gv8premium.com.br.

  If you own this domain, you will need to log in to your domain provider’s control panel and modify the nameservers to the ones I provided previously. Once you have done so please allow up to 72 hours for DNS propagation and it should start working.

  If you don’t own the domain, I will be happy to cancel the Domain Mapping for you and provide you a refund. Just let me know!

  Hi,

  If i change the nameservers my website will be offline, correct? I´d like have my URL blog as blog.farmako.com.br. How can i do that?

  Yes, that is totally possible. I can change your domain mapping to be blog.farmako.com.br (just let me know if that is your final choice), and then you will need to create a CNAME for your domain which maps blog.farmako.com.br to wwwdotfarmakodotcomdotbr.wordpress.com.

  DNS is correct now but wordpress is asking to pay domain again. What i need to do? I´ve paid one week ago.

  I have a free account in wordpress. I´d like to remove date from links and posts, is it possible? My theme is Bold Life.

  I’m afraid that is not possible on WordPress.com, even with a paid upgrade. Posts include the date automatically and there is no way to remove them, sadly.
