    I am trying to enter my domain and look up the DNS because I have to activate SSL and I cannot find it.
    Can you help me? Where is my domain? How can I access my domain?

    Hi there,

    I see that your domain buscarutas.com is registered here at WordPress.com, but we are no longer hosting your site. I see instead that it is hosted at this IP address you added to your domain settings:
    160.153.137.17

    Are you hosting with GoDaddy now? Have they given you some settings to add to your domain to enable SSL somehow? We do provide free SSL for sites that are hosted directly on WordPress.com, but are not able to extend that to sites hosted with other providers.

    Yes I hosting in go Daddy but and I Can’t administrate my domain in WordPress.
    I Don’t know how to acess my domain in WordPress because WordPress redirect me to Godaddy When I try to administrate ir.

    Hi there,

    You are posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We have nothing at all to do with either your site or your domain, as your site is not hosted with us, and your domain is not registered with us.

    You are using the open source WordPress software made over on WordPress.org. And it’s not possible to manage your domain from inside that software, because the WordPress software does not have any domain management features.

    To manage your domain and do stuff like change the DNS, you need to work through your hosting provider’s control panel, as they control that. So please contact GoDaddy support directly for more help with this.

    Hi
    Talk to Godaddy and he tells me that the domain is resold from wordpress to wild west without my consent. and I have no keys or options to enter. How can I get the keys to enter the DNS?

    Hi there!

    There seems to be a lot of confusion here; let me try to explain what’s going on here.

    The domain buscarutas.com has been registered with WordPress.com (Wild West Domains is our domain partner) from the account minest1. While logged into that account, you can manage your DNS settings directly from Upgrades>Domains.

    You will notice there a custom A record that, as staff-totoro mentioned above, is assigning the domain to a site hosted with GoDaddy.
    This is the reason why the domain will not be using our SSL. If you were given any records to add to the domain to enable the SSL, you should be able to add them directly from the domain settings.
