  Buenas tardes, tengo un dominio en 1and1 y quiero cambiar el dominio del blog que estoy creando unmundoalreves2016.wordpress.com por unmundoalreves.com. He intentado hacerlo, incluso abonando los 13 euros anuales, pero no lo consigo. Mi proveedor me dice que debo contactar WordPress. ¿podeis ayudarme?

  Hi there,

  There are two things that you will need to do in order to have your domain unmundoalreves.com work with unmundoalreves2016.wordpress.com. You’ll need to point the nameservers of your domain at 1&1 over to WordPress.com. Use these nameservers:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Secondly, you’ll need to purchase a mapping upgrade and map the domain over to WordPress.com. You said that you purchased the mapping for 13 Euros, but I do not see the purchase under your account. Do you happen to have another account with us? If you have not yet purchased the domain mapping for unmundoalreves.com, please visit our support page for instructions:
