  Good morning,
  In other blogs I could male a domine .com just paying the anual fee of 19 eu, but now it makes me buy a premium registration of 99. Why?

  The policy and prices have changed. Only renewal of an existing domain mapping upgrade is now available at the lower price.

  Domains are no longer available for purchase or mapping individually. They are included with WordPress.com Premium.
