  I can’t find out what to do. I want that all comments to my blog shall show immediately. I don’t won’t to approve them. Is it possible to set up my blog so that happens?

  Yes, you can set your blog up to automatically post all comments without moderating them. But be warned that by doing so you are giving spammers an open door.
  => Dashboard => Options => Discussion (This is the page where you mark the checkboxes as required and then click “Save Options” when you are done. )

  Also be aware that if you want all your comments to appear automatically, there are possibilities of being attacked by spam.
