  How do you add a donate button for a non-profit, and do you need premium to do so. Same questions for volunteer forms.

  You can create a donate button in PayPal, here are the instructions how to do that:

  After you create the button/link you can paste it into your Post or Widget on your site.

  For the volunteer forms, are you referring to like a contact form?
