"donate" button added and template choice

  I just registered my bog. Eventually I would like to add a “donate now” button and was wondering if there are certain templates I would need to use. Our family is adopting and we would like to start to write about the adoption and hopefully raise some funds. Also, how would I add the “donate button”?
