Donate Button option

  I noticed that a WordPress blog, “HarshReality” is able to host a “donate” button along with the Visa, Mastercard etc logos while I was advised some time ago that the option for that button was not compatible for WP and I had to use my e-mail via PayPal to request donations. Has this changed or does his site know something about getting it to work that I don’t. Appreciate feedback.
