  This is not something we allow in the forums (bidding for commercial), so maybe try searching google for “wordpress premium” or “wordpress designer” or something similar to find someone to help. There are thousands out there that do exactly what you are looking for. Also search http://wordpress.com/tags/customcss/ for ideas as well.
