DONATION BUTTON PLUGIN

my client has a website

she accepts donations on her website but different types
if you click on the link then it will take you to the page shes having a problem with
https://coloursofhope.org.za/donations/gaza-medicampaign/when you open the page youll notice its a donation page
under DONATION TYPE is a dropdown
if you click on the dropdown two options come up
1) LILLAH
2) SADAQAHthe problem is
when people select one of those options it doesnt show which one they selected when the donation comes through on her sidecould you please give me a step by step of how to edit the dropdown options so that when one of them are selected it will show on the clients side.
If you doing it for me is a possibility then please would you be so kind as to do it for me.

http://www.coloursofhope.org.za/ isn’t hosted on our servers, so we don’t have any control over how it works. That site is built using the open source WordPress software made by the community on WordPress.org.
So we’re not really able to help in this case. But I did take a quick look at the form in my browser, and it looks like the form is being added via the GiveWP plugin, so contacting that plugin’s support directly is your best place for getting help with this.

(From looking at the source code it looks like your client is using some premium add-ons for that plugin, so they should be able to use that link to contact support for the plugin. Alternatively you can find the forums for the free version of that plugin over on WordPress.org, at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/give/ )
