  How do you add a button to get donations and connect it to Paypal?
  Also, how do you create a website and put it on another host ie. DreamHost?

  On the other hand, you had better get help in the support forum of WordPress.org if you want to run a self-hosted site(hosted by DreamHost) with WordPress.org software.
