donation / gas meter

  hello guys,
  i am running a non profit website and we need donation and sponsor for our roadtrip (to raise awareness for coop). this money will go towards the gas cost. i would like to have like a bar graph or a gas meter (with Empty and Full) to indicate how much have we collected from donation. i swore i have seen it somewhere but i cant find it anymore. please help!

  This will be difficult without some sort of javascript or other WordPress.com-prohibited code. I have seen users accomplish this previously on WordPress.com, but they simply used images. Each time the donation amount would change, they would swap for any updated version.

  If you do a forum search for “Codes for WordPress” you’ll find a thread with about ninety different suggestions, including a variety of tickers and gauges.
