  I started my blog, donnanicholasblog.com, about 4 years ago. I failed to get my notice of renewal and my blog was closed. When I renewed it, I had to change my name, which I don’t like, and my design was removed. Please help me get everything straight. Abigail was helping me. Is she available?

  It seems that you used to have a paid plan on donnanicholasblog.wordpress.com, however, the domain donnanicholasblog.com has never been registered with us. I can see it was hosted by 24x7wpsupport.com which is in no way related to WordPress.com.

  That said, these two pages are completely independent. Do you want to keep working on donnanicholasblog.wordpress.com or donnanicholasblog.com?
