  Are you referring to promotional emails from WordPress.com? If so, you can manage or turn them off anytime from your notification settings here: https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/updates

  If you meant something else, could you share a bit more about what’s been happening, and may I ask what kind of messages or contact you’ve been receiving so far?
