don't have admin access

We changed our business name and we can’t change the footer since the account we have been using doesn’t have access to the appearance tab. Previous team did not transfer the admin account years ago and we don’t know which user or password those are any more.
Is there a way to find this information?
The site is https://stongs.com/
tried wp-admin/users.php and nav.menus.php and had needed higher level of permission. if that matters.

Hey there! That site is not using our managed hosting, but are you logging in at https://stongs.com/wp-admin ?
If you’re not able to edit the footer there, and if you are a site admin, I’d recommend reaching out to your theme’s support directly.
