  First of all, the blog you posted is not a wordpress.com blog, however, the supportbot has already gone into that for you.

  Anyway, you’re question is a little unclear. If you are referring to your wordpress.com API key, it’s under your wordpress.com Profile page, I think you may be looking on the profile page for your wordpress.org blog.
